It was sunny when you left home, so you didn’t take an umbrella. An hour later, you’re caught in a torrential downpour. You run into the first store you can find — it happens to be a dark, slightly shabby antique store, full of old artifacts, books, and dust. The shop’s ancient proprietor walks out of the back room to greet you. Tell us what happens next!
The proprietor asks, “What’s the secret password”? I say, “Honeysuckle”. He says, “Congratulations, you can have anything in the shop”. I take the time machine.
I get in the time machine and go to Dealey Plaza on Nov. 22, 1963. It’s 12:25. I know what is about to happen. I don’t do anything to stop it. I just watch and see what actually happens. After it’s all over I think, “Oh, THAT’S who shot Kennedy”.
When I get back home I don’t tell anybody what really happened. I like to keep some secrets to myself.
